What you’ll do:
The Program Manager oversees daily operations for residential treatment dormitories, scheduling and logistics with clients, staff schedules, continuous quality improvement of the home, attends pre-placement staffing, CFTs and monthly treatment team meetings, training of new staff and annual training requirements of staff. Holds the role of Designee when the Administrator is not present. Primarily responsible for the quality delivery and ensuring client health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as well-as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices, and laws.
